Global Emergency Response, Inc. (GER), is a technology software and services company headquartered in Augusta, Georgia, and established in 2003. Since inception, GER has recognized the need to improve the information flow and communications between first responders and health care delivery teams to better support patients and families in need during natural or manmade disasters.
Since 2019, GER has been a trusted technology partner of The Family Place in their endeavor to create an online, real-time solution to support the placement of domestic violence survivors and their families. Our secure web and mobile based DVBeds solution is hosted in the highly scalable Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud and supported by a team of world class technologists. The DVBeds application is designed to ease the burden of shelter staff in communicating their availability and resources and allowing for placing more survivors in beds. We are pleased to support such a worthy endeavor and look forward to providing these services nationally.
